What happens when you don’t get enough sleep?
Not having enough sleep is like dropping a stone in water. The effects ripple into nearly all areas of your life. How long will it take to notice the benefits?
While many people report improved sleep within a couple of days of using the strategies, others who have experienced long-term sleep problems may take 4 – 6 weeks before receiving the full benefit.

As you work through the program we encourage you to experiment with the different strategies and find the right combination for you. In this way you can think of the Get More Sleep Program as a restaurant menu, all the dishes may be excellent, but you still would not order and eat them all at the same time.
I’ve tried to sleep well for years with no luck. Is it true that some people are just bad sleepers?
Absolutely not. There is no scientific evidence that some people are destined for poor sleep. Believing that you are a bad sleeper, does not mean that you are a bad sleeper. If you feel this way it simply means that you may not have been using the right strategies to address your particular sleep problem.
Is the program hard work?
