We hate spam as much as you do. We also know that when you provide us with information you are trusting us with this information and do not want it misused. That is why we will never sell, rent or provide to any other company, person or organisation any information you provide to us, unless it is required to carry out the provision of services or delivery of products to you or for some other genuine reason. In short we don’t do anything with your personal information that we wouldn’t done with ours.

In this Privacy policy, "us", "we" or "our" means Mind Life Clinic Pty Ltd and its divisions including the Get More Sleep Program.
We have a policy to protect information collected about people related to our business, including its employees, prospective employees and customers, and to comply with the National Privacy Principles ("NPPs") contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) ("Privacy Act") (subject to exemptions that apply under the Privacy Act). We take very seriously our responsibility to protect and maintain the privacy, accuracy and security of personal information.
This Policy will be reviewed from time to time to take account of new or amended laws, new technology and/or changes to our operations and practices and the changing business environment.
What information we collect
In general, we collect personal information in order to conduct our business, to provide and market our goods and services and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. The personal information we collect about you includes (but is not limited to) your name, contact details (including phone numbers and addresses), occupation and other information which may assist us in conducting our business, providing and marketing our goods and services. In certain circumstances we collect financial information, including your credit card information where appropriate. We will generally collect personal information by way of forms filled out by people (including electronically on this or related websites), electronic attachments, telephone conversations or via surveys, feedback forms or testimonials.
We also collect information about you that is not personal information. For example, we may collect data relating to your activity on our websites (including the type of internet browser you use, your operating system, address of referring site, and your IP address) via tracking technologies such as cookies, or we may collect information from you in response to a surveyor promotion. We may also disclose personal information, and you consent to us disclosing your personal information, to third parties:
- engaged by us to perform functions or provide products and services on our behalf, such as processing credit card information, mailouts, debt collection, marketing, research and advertising;
- that are our agents, business partners or joint venture entities or partners;
- authorised by you to receive information held by us;
- as part of any investigation into suspected breach of Copyright restrictions, and we reasonably believe that disclosure is necessary to the Police, any relevant authority or enforcement body, or your Internet Service Provider or network administrator;

You will generally be given the opportunity to "opt out" from receiving communications from us or from third parties that send communications to you in accordance with this policy. For example, you will be given the option to unsubscribe to emails or newsletters sent by us.

Other than in relation to Non-Confidential Information, we will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information that we hold from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access, including by means of firewalls, password access, secure servers and encryption of credit card transactions.
However, you acknowledge that the security of online transactions and the security of communications sent by electronic means or by post cannot be guaranteed. You provide information to us via the internet or by post at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for misuse or loss of, or unauthorised access to, your personal information where the security of information is not within our control.
You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of any third party (including third parties that we are permitted to disclose your personal information to in accordance with this policy or any applicable laws). The collection and use of your information by such third party/ies may be subject to separate privacy and security policies.

Accessing and updating your information and how to contact us
Subject to the exceptions set out in the Privacy Act, you may seek access to and update the personal information we hold about you. We will require you to verify your identity and to specify what information you require. A fee may be charged for providing access however we will advise you of the likely cost in advance.
Subscribers or members of any Mind Life Clinic Pty Ltd websites will generally be able to access and update their membership and contact details online.
